EIC Trainee Travel Award
The North American Early Investigator Committee is proud to offer several trainee travel awards supported by private donations.
This award is meant to financially support trainee costs associated with attending NAA events to develop future generations of vascular scientists within our society. First time attendees and members of groups historically excluded or underrepresented minority groups are especially encouraged to apply.
Award amounts:
$250
for travel within 250 miles of the NAA conference$500
for travel >250 miles of the NAA conference
Eligibility:
Must be a member of NAA at time of application;
Must be the first author on a submitted abstract for NAA2025;
Must be registered as a student, medical or postdoctoral fellow in North America at the time of award submission. Current faculty and staff are not eligible to apply.

o Copy of abstract submitted to NAA2025;
Application materials must be compiled together as a PDF and submitted via the website form. Travel applications will be reviewed with award notifications distributed following abstract acceptance notifications in Spring 2025. Applications must be received by 11:59p ET April 18, 2025.
